Day 1: Arrival and stone town tour
Upon your arrival at Zanzibar airport, our company representative will meet and take you around the stone town city, through the busying streets, ancient dilapidated Arab, British and African architecture. You will visit the wonderful house, the ancient slave trade market and the museum among other interesting destinations. Thereafter, you will be driven to your accommodation for refreshment, dinner, and overnight sleep.
Day 2: Jozani Chwaka Forest trek and spice plantation tour
After breakfast, you will drive to jozani chwaka bay national park, the only one on the island, harboring the rare red Colobus monkeys in their natural habitat. The tracking exercise lasts for few hours, with birds, unique primates, and rare plant species.
After that, you will have a lunch break, and then spend the evening hours exploring spice plantations, where you will see, taste and learn about the different spices that put the island on the map, notably; nutmegs, jackfruits, apples, ginger and many more. Thereafter you will return to the lodge for dinner and a nap.
Day 3: Beach experience
You will start this day with a hefty breakfast meal at the lodge, followed by an exciting beach experience for the entire day. Swimming, Snorkeling, and engaging in several other freshening activities, besides enjoying the lip-smacking variety of kinds of seafood, and relaxing by the calm waters of by the sea.
The Beaches on the island are set apart, for refreshment, memory creation, and fun. You will enjoy a sunset drive to the lodge for dinner and peaceful slumber.
Day 4: Departure
At daybreak, you will enjoy a yummy breakfast at the lodge, and then exit the island for your flight/sea transportation, back to the mainland and then to your supposed destination. The flight is very breathtaking, with lots of breathtaking sceneries to look out for and admire. This will mark the end of your 4 Days Impressive Zanzibar Tour.
